Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
Testing of plastic pipe, fittings and assemblies for pressure applications revolves around the hydrostatic pressure test. Actual pipe and fitting samples are tested (typically) under a constant static water pressure at a set temperature. A variety of testing programs can be conducted to determine pipe performance ranging from the development of a pressure rating through hydrostatic regression testing, assessment of stress crack resistance in different environments, thermo-cycle testing to oxidative stability testing. Whether for certification testing, product validation, or product development, Jana Laboratories will work with you to maximize the value of your testing and deliver your results as committed.
