Accelerated Testing of Field Specimens
Jana conducts accelerated laboratory testing of the exhumed field samples based on our proprietary Accelerated Lifetime Forecasting Methodologies. These programs are structured to replicate the aging mechanisms observed in the field and accelerate them in the laboratory. This enables the development of test data that replicates the ultimate failure mode of the pipeline in service within a practical timeframe.
Lifetime Forecast Modeling
Through applying our proprietary lifetime forecast models, Jana constructs a lifetime model that forecasts performance based on your identified key operating parameters. For gas distribution, water and industrial piping, these models have been validated by Jana versus actual field performance so you can have confidence in your system projections.
Correlation Modeling
To optimize the Residual Lifetime Assessment for your system, Jana utilizes our Material Performance Database, the Lifetime Forecast Model(s) developed in the project and small sample point testing. Through correlation modeling, this enables the development of a complete picture of your system in the most cost-effective means possible.
