The Jana Way

Jana has a core set of Values that has established a strong culture that is often referred to as "The Jana Way". The Jana Way is guided by these values as they are identified in our Corporate Commitment Document. This important document takes each core Value and outlines our underlying Beliefs associated with that Value (for example: for safety, we believe that all accidents are preventable). From those Beliefs we have drawn out and written down the Philosophy that guides us in relation to that Value. Finally, from the Philosophy we have written down Operating Principles guiding our behavior relating to the Value.
